We offer a one-year hardware warranty. If you experience any issues, please contact seller or our customer support team.

To save your time, our technical support will first assist you in troubleshooting the issue online. If the hardware is defective and cannot be fixed remotely, you can ship the product back to us for free repair within the one-year warranty period.

Note: If your warranty has expired, you can still send the device to us for repair, with only a nominal fee for the repair and shipping.
